About Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative

Our Organization

Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative is a not-for-profit corporation formed for the purpose of making Cedar Glen Estates a resident owned community. Cedar Glen Estates is an all-ages manufactured home community located in the heart of Welches, OR. Near to mountain recreation including skiing, hiking, nature walks and parks, we pride ourselves on being a quiet and affordable neighborhood for people from a variety of backgrounds including singles, couples and families.

Our Mission

It is the mission of the Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative to work with ROC U.S.A. and CASA to operate Cedar Glen Estates as a resident owned community, and to provide affordable housing in a time when rents and home prices are skyrocketing. The board of the Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative will serve the residents of Cedar Glen Estates' interests and work from a position of wanting what is best for the entire community. Knowledge of what is best for the community is obtained through input from the community on what is most important to them. The cooperative will also work with other nonprofits and its designated property management representative to ensure that the needs of individuals and the community at large are being met in a timely and effective manner.
