Next Member Meeting Date
The next member meeting will be happening in Spring/Summer 2023 unless something else comes up sooner! Thank you to everyone who attended the Sept 17 meeting electing five community members to the permanent Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative board! We also received volunteer forms and want to thank those of you who are willing to volunteer and help the community! We couldn't function without you - see you soon!

Board Meetings
Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative Board Meetings are currently happening at least once per month. The next board meeting is scheduled for Friday, February 3 at 2pm. Meetings can last as long as three hours.
All members of the co-op are encouraged to attend and will have an opportunity to speak at the end of each meeting. If you miss a meeting and want to stay up to date, check the mailboxes near the park entrance for posted minutes from each prior week. After approval by the board of directors, the past week's minutes are usually posted by the mailboxes.

If you have a question or concern not addressed by this website, please click the link below to email the board and ask a question or voice your concern. The board has a strict "no park business outside of board meetings" policy, which means: When you see a board member out and about, please do not bring up board business. Board business is for board meetings, and board members want to be able to just be good neighbors, too!

Member Meetings
The Cedar Glen Estates Cooperative relies on the involvement of its members to function. One of the responsibilities of a member is to attend member meetings. Member meetings will be held annually or semi annually as needed, and will serve important purposes including operating budget/rent amount approvals by a vote of the membership as well as capital improvement projects and other items. The next scheduled membership meeting will be listed below as well as communicated to the membership via mail.
